Taya Reimer is transferring from Notre Dame. She will be a graduate this spring. We need her. Hearing she visited Michigan St and Kansas.

She is damaged goods, head case. Quits, comes back, quits...However, I guess if someone needs a post for 1 year, we do. I seriously doubt anyone will transfer her, our fans are turn coats and have no faith in our system or staff. I would think a transfer would be looking for the idea situation, but coming to UT with the crappy attitudes from our so called fans, certainly isn't ideal, or remotely attractive.

She want come south she will stay up there in the north probably Michigan State.

They will need to fire Holly and hire a great coach before any great players will consider UT again. 2016 recruiting class proves that.

Why isn't Holly and her assistants trying to get these girls like her??? Recruiting is the life blood of any program and they are not getting ANYBODY. I just don't understand what's going on?

I hope the LVs situation doesn't follow the pattern of football, but fear it will. Took several years to accept the downward trend of the 2000s was real, just as the downward trend of the LVs the past several years is real (and though I'm happy for the players they had a good run and got to the elite 8, things like that prolong the inevitable). When they finally took action with football, it's taken 8 years to get the right coach and right recruiting to at least get us poised for some good years. Kids have short memories. LVs have not been elite since Candace left, legendary coach is gone. (Sure some will disagree, but 1sts and 2nds in a weak conference doesn't mean much when the best teams are elsewhere and we tend to lose to them.). LV fans live in and expect the past. Recruits do not.

Smart. Blame the Lady Vol woes on the fans. Makes sense....

I just do not think Reimer is a player we want..... went to Notre Dame and quit the team twice.... may be a bit of a loose screw.... and that is not what we want

I approve this message ;) UT is not even the #1 program in its own conference anymore! The trajectory is definitely downward!

Piney Bluff... Thanks for your response.... I am a Muffet fan as a coach.... and think she does a fine job....

Any number of reasons can be cited for someone not being happy..... with Reimer, I have even heard that she did not like the backlash from the wearing the "don't shoot" shirts.. or whatever the saying was.... that was started by Reimer.... but I do not know....

I watch a lot of games from the top 5 or 6 teams in the country.... and from what I see, Muffet develops her players well.... beyond that any potential personal issue is anyone
's guess

I am surprised she wants to play basketball at all.... she already has her degree i think..... maybe ND was worse for her than anyone thought

I read somewhere, Taya is taking a heavy course load now and needs to take summer classes to graduate.
