What the hell does posting some stats About a coach moving from directly from one BCS school to another have to do with us getting who we want as coach? Are the only options coaches who are currently at BCS schools?
I was just playing by your rules, which seem to be changing by the moment.
What makes an NFL assistant/failed head coach more likely to succeed than a major school assistant or a mid-major guy? See: Bill Callahan running Nebraska into the ground and Dennis Erickson doing the same at Arizona State.
what if scenario. hart was at florida state for years and i know coach bowden want the record for the most wins for a coach in college football, so why not bring him in for about 3 to 5 yrs. with a head coach in waiting in some sort. bowden is a big time name and a beloved coach to add at a traditionally prestigious university. the 3 to 5 yr. time frame is nessary because our coach in waiting still have about 5 yrs on his contract if he is able to return next yr. then we bring in the coach that will be at tennesse until he decides to leave or retire in peyton manning. only after we offer the job to the likes of (jon gruden, tony dungy, and for some reason i like herm edwards..)just my thought if we did fire cdd but i perfer to keep him because i believe it will hurt us furthermore. i think he is a decent coach just came into a terrible situation that is why other coaches turn the job down. the rebuilding process is started give him a chance to succeed and prove he was worth it. go big orange..........
if peyton, can not return football would u be scared to give him the job. with no true coaching experience will we be willing to let him learn on the job? we know he bleed Orange and will give his all for tennessee. if he did want the job and was hired, what r some names u think will make up his staff?
