Talk to Luke Fickell!

How would everyone feel about Harbaugh, if he were to leave Michigan, which seems inevitable?

Or, James Franklin? Word was, he was happy at Penn State and not willing to leave. But that tune may have changed given the awful start they have had this year?

Harbuagh and Franklin are a couple of interesting names in my opinion.
No to both of those guys. Franklin was involved in a cover up of sorts during that Vandy rape trial. And Harbough has sleep overs with recruits. We should have brought back Kiffin. I think he would have stayed and built this program up. He’s a somewhat changed man after his marriage fell apart, and he realizes he messed up leaving UT. He was a rock star here and hasn’t been welcomed anywhere else as much as he was here..

I want to see a proven SEC coach come in here...........not that an outside coach cant come into the SEC and succeed, but the sheer number that come in here from BIG X, BIG XII, etc and just bomb out is not good. I dont want another up and coming coordinator either. Open the checkbook like Bama did for Saban and lets do this. I would be good with a Freeze, Meyer, and honestly even a more humble Kiffin (as mentioned above) at this point. Lets do the right thing and bring in a proven winner AND I want someone with some fire. I watch other teams and the players are jumping on the sidelines, they're pumped up, they get excited (I dont want showboat) but I want some fire in them. We look like we're about to head in and watch the ballet or opera that our wives just forced us to attend.

@Atlanta VOL just said zero chance Pruitt is fired this year. Will just be changes on coaching staff. (Yeah because that's going to magically fix **** 🙄)

This confirms to me the people around this program simply does not care about the fans. They don't. I urge everyone to forfeit this program until they get their heads out of their asses. We have an awesome basket ball program, I promise you won't miss this garbage at all.
I appreciate Atlanta’s Vols Input to VN but we didn’t need his confirmation that Pruitt would not be fired this year. Any VN member with a brain knew that.

If Harbaugh can't hack it in the big 10, he has zero chance in the SEC.

Ohio State guy, Urban Meyer Protege.

Played on Defensive line with Mike Vrabel at OSU. Actually is a Jim Tressel protege... Lifetime OSU coach, and Columbus native. Boy can sure coach though, but more importantly a great motivator.

I'd take either one of them...They would have pressure on them to produce but I think they would do good here...I think Harbaugh would go back to the NFL tho.

Cincinnati coaches are fools gold? I’d say Brian Kelly is working out rather well for Notre Dame. And are you seriously judging him on his one season as interim coach in Columbus? The guy got handed the job on June 1st, lost his all world quarterback to the NFL a week later, then had to play 5 games without multiple starters who were suspended. No one was going to succeed in that situation.

This is after how many years????

Unfortunately, Kiffin already has feathers ruffled again in the SEC office with his criticism of refs and general disrespect of the whole good ol' boy system there. I love it, but the powers that be on the Hill surely wouldn't.

I saw that Harbaugh was thinking about that... Guess he'll make somebody an all right QB coach.

Instead of a Urban Meyer protege, can we just hire the man himself?
Nooo...He would most likely fail and have another heart attack...And we would be blamed for killing a top coach and then nobody would want to coach here....Oh wait nobody does already...Nevermind...

I like Fickell.... he is tough as nails, just like his friend Mike Vrabel... Guy is impressive. Never lost a heavyweight wrestling match in HS. Something like 38-0.

Harbaugh can’t even win against his main rivals in the Big Ten.

There’s a reason he’s fixing to get fired.

Had nothing to do with us not opening the checkbook, no body of the criteria that you listed wanted and I imagine wants to come here unless it’s Feeze and even then by the time we’re hiring again he’ll probably be gone

Goodbye then, leave already, quit them, go follow Liberty. All this moaning and groaning and crying over absolutely nothing is old. Losing gets old too but nothing like the continuous cries of our fanbase.

I get that, but Harbaugh is 106 wins and 47 losses as a college coach.

Jeremy Pruitt is 15-16.

I’d take Harbaugh over Pruitt 100% of the time.

Freeze won't come here...he's at a better program. This would be a downgrade. He might sign on with Southern Miss, not here though.

Harbaugh would probably get picked up by some NFL team.

Checked the Top 25 polls lately? # 6 Cincy is beating their opponents AND covering the spread; Indicating performance surpassing expectations. And Tennessee is doing WHAT?
Tennessee is playing in "alot" harder conference with coaches that would school Fickell. Hed be a 6-6 7-5 coach And i know were all looking for better than that with next coach.
