You see it one way, I see it another. Sounds like the OP is hating because he thinks guy she married is a downgrade compared to him. Unless the OP personally knows the guy, sounds like he's make assumptions based on a pic. Just wish her well and move on IMO.

If they didn't want to expose themselves to the entirety of the internet, they shouldn't have made Facebook profiles. That's what they're for.

You're naive if you think any dimension of your Facebook profile won't ever show up anywhere outside of Facebook. If you have a problem with that, don't include information or photos that you wouldn't want circulated.

If you don't see re-posting it here as creepy or a bit out of line, then it sounds like you need to reevaluate your standards. When posting stupid pics on Facebook, you can't be too upset if they get out. When your normal pictures are posted to make fun of your husband or to invite a litany of attacks on your looks, I think you would be justified in not being happy about it. At the very least, it is just odd.

So, it should be expected that your photos will be posted for the entirety of the Internet to see (thus normal, the norm, as intended/expected, etc); however, you see the posting of them here to be odd (opposite of that which is expected, not normal, etc.)? That doesn't seem consistent to me.

Can I not point out that info and pics can easily be spread about the internet, but still feel that it wasn't the best idea to post here?
