This article is embarrassing for the University of Tennessee, out of all of those 1st rounders only 1 actually played for UT. Even like a 50% ratio would've been nice. Hopefully whoever the next coach will be can stop the writing of "who can poach recruits from TN" articles...

lot of kids here in W Tenn are talking Ole Miss

I'm from Jackson and I know Coach Freeze still has a lot of ties in WTN from his days at Lambuth University- he's going to be tough to beat for kids in the area.

Memphis radio talks up Hugh Freeze a lot too. It seems like they're pitching for him.

Exactly. That is why Ramsey committed to USC. If 200 miles is good, 2000 is better. Got to get far away from UT if you want to be drafted. :eek:lol:

If we Get Gruden and he hires Tee Martin I think we might get Jalen ramsey his family has a good relationship ship with tee.

Highschool talent in TN has been much better since 2007. Wish we could have landed Harrison Smith
