They attacked the zone, which I think is what helped them get some easy looks. They need to bottle that gameplan and remember it everytime a team tries to zone them.

I liked how Tennessee challenged the zone. They were relentless. Diamond was slashing and shooting the mid range shot and Graves took advantage of her mid rang shooting. I was proud of the team and how they refuse to back off. They just need to show up for every game and play within themselves.

no final fours as a HC, beaten like a drum by ND, Maryland, Texas, Stanford, vt & fl.

has current team playing 180 bball, great one game terrible the next.

no help (recruits) signed for the future

No matter if you love or hate the coaching you always give the team a pat on the back for a good job well done. That does not mean that everything is okay with the ladies. The question is can we bring it every night as we did against Aburn? Can the coaches convince the players to play within themselves? Remember that even a blind hog can find an acorn every now and then. This team needs more than periodic greatness, they need to be consistent, game in and game out.

All the things you pointed out are great but it is history and does not make Holly one of top 10 coaches in America. Being a great assistant does not automatically make a great head coach because history is loaded with assistants, of championship teams, who failed when they were handed the keys to the kingdom.

Before we start celebrating and throwing Gatorade on Holly, let's see some consistent improvement over the long haul.

Yes, I am waiting for consistent play. Players have a say too, if they want to play or not, they will have to find it in themselves, to bring it every night.

Actually, a competitor, hates all that pep talks and **** let's go play. So what is she to do to make then go out and play every night? Any suggestions?

Cos if it was so easy, every coach around America would be doing it, and according to her record of being the 5th winning college coach, playing one of the hardest schedule in the country, one might say, she has this coaching thing down Pat. :rock:

Now, I 'm not saying bad things are not going to happen this season, but I think Holly will always try to put a good product on the floor. And I think she believe in that more than any Lady Vol, and that's why Pat chose her.

Anywho?

Fire Holly. She has no recruits for 2016. You mean to tell me Holly didn't call, email, have any player's visit, no text message, she did nothing prior years leading upto 2016.

This current team, kinda reminds of you a young team finding its way, hmmm but this late into the season, oh all the players are returning and getting healthy, and learning to play with each other...

Sorry Holly for Nared, Middleton, Jasmine, Kortney, Nia, Deshields, Carter, getting hurt this year, I mean can't you coach their bodies better, talk to their legs, head, shoulder, motivate them to go and heal faster, play harder. Fire Holly.

Yep, Holly sorry about Izzy getting hurt, last year which left us without a post player, thanks for winning SEC, regular season title, playing SC tough, and getting past the Zags to claim a spot in the elite 8 which most thought we weren't going to make it that far without Izzy.

Not much. By the time this university tires of this coach, the damage will be irreversible. We will be yet another school who barely makes the NCAA and gets beat by schools like UCONN and ND by 50 points in the first round.

well CHW is never going to be a good interview,she should just nod her head and avoid it :) but that aside she needs to kick this team in the ass and lets see what they can do
