Apologist.
MH inked the deal when PF was here. DD did not, cannot, decide to cancel it.
I wish MH had called upon the same bravado to play them next year as this one. The only logical explanation for having just bought them out to now wanting to play them is simple - one of his two finally descended. Or, Big Jim loaned'em to him. The latter seems most likely.

Regardless of who did it, it was a good decision for the program right now. I wish they had dropped Cincy instead but they did not need to play two BCS conference OOC's in the same year right now. Only LSU and Vandy are playing two next year. Ole Miss and MSU are playing none.
UGA, UF, UK, and USCe are playing their in-state tradition games as their only ones vs BCS teams.
There is nothing "brave" about being stupid.
Exactly. They get UT during a rebuilding effort while UT gets them near the high point in talent for their program's history. Doubly stupid to whine about dropping it.
If there's one program that Tennessee should use as a standard by which to measure all decisions, its UNC.
Are you dyslexic?
how about UGA, Oregon or Texas? You want to roast MH for this when it was talked about by our last 3 coaches. I've also missed all your threads beating down any other school for doing the exact same thing.
if UNC wanted to play UT they could have since UT asked to push it back. Sure you're applying the "coward" label correctly?
of course you could care less since that wouldn't fit your agenda. Keep it up since it looks like you're on a roll.
and I'm distorting no facts since they actually happened.
the rest of your post is a useless as all your others
Tennessee signed the deal to play. They knew what their schedule would look like. If MH needed contingencies, he should have required them to be placed within the course of the contract. He didn't they weren't. UNC refused to move the game - and rightfully so - and Tennessee paid them some $750K to avoid a loss. Maybe that's how you want your team to operate. I don't.
Was that a better post? Maybe you'll see some use in it.
