Remember, the line opened up on 8/15 at -6, and it jumped the next week to -7. In all honesty, I remember it opening up earlier than that at like 4.5/5.

I know the answer to this question, but I'll ask you so you can see what I'm saying:

When do you think the smart money books their bets? earlier or later?

Of course, but I would say it's very realistic that smart money is booked early (I placed 6 bets within 10 minutes of Week2 lines being out) and Average Joe fans book on Thurs.Fri.Sat.

Are mot lines at 7.5 now and say they were at 7 and the vols won by 7, would i win or lose?

If you got it at -7, and UT wins by 7, you get your bet back minus juice. If you got it at -7.5 and UT wins by 7, you lose.

BetUS had the the line at -5 at the start of July. I bit on that real quick even though it is breaking the rule of betting on my team

Online betting lines for a straight line bet are usually -110 or more. This means the juice is automatically incorporated into the bet. This is the same as it is in VEGAS.

Sportsbook is one of the worst sites you can use. They have come under scrutiny for taking too long to payout. They have also started not paying US customers.

ctg is ok, if you can put up with the drama. There are better free service play site out there imo.

When was the last time you tried to get money out? This has just happened in the last couple of months. There are several people that have been waiting for over three weeks to get paid.

Doc is correct. They are notorius for slow payouts and funny games.

Just had a guy who tried to pull his money out on thursday of last week and they told him he had to wait until Tuesday. He had already rolled his bonus over and was up a dime on them.

There are only 2-3 books I really trust. Most are filled with employees that have been fired or let loose from the good books.

Perhaps I should be concerned Doc. I've used them for two years but haven't wagered in over a year. I'll try and get my monet out tomorrow and let you guys know what happens. If worse comes to worse, how do you feel about betus.com Doc?

Imo, Betus is good. I have a friend who works down there with them.

You should really look at Bookmaker or Betjamaica though.

Wagerweb is solid, and offers a monthly free payout. betonline is good as well and offers some decent low vig lines.

I use bookmaker, but the lines are always skewed. I just love the office pools these guys put on. They have $5 squares on the ballgame tonight.

I have used Betus.com and never had a problem.

What do you guys think on the O/U? I have it at 46.

One concern is the new rules and fewer possessions per game.
