I recently moved back to Tennessee after 20 years and will be driving to the Ball State game. I have been flying in for single games and figuring it out, but for this season I will be able to drive and set up for the games. My assigned parking is in 14. Has anyone tailgated there? Is it fun? I think there is a shuttle from there?

Alternatively, I have looked at buying a spot in a different place, maybe G10T or 9/9B or somewhere else close if I can find some at a fairly decent price. How early do you need to get to G10T to get a good tailgate spot? Is the roof the only good place?

So excited to be back with season tickets! Go Vols!

I was just thinking about single game spots sold online. Mainly wanting to know if 14 is bad and how G10T works with roof and the other floors!

I can’t help you on 14, never been there. But I’ve been at G10T for the last few years.

It is roof only. So you’ll be on the top level if you have one of those. It’s first come, first served for the prime spots—but still, there aren’t really any bad spots up there. And you’ll have plenty of room to spread out. Honestly I think it’s the best place to tailgate. But I am biased I guess. One thing you’ll want to consider is getting out. If you’re in a hurry, you’re in trouble. But it’ll clear out in 30-45 minutes. Just have another hot dog and hang out a while.

Garage opens up at 7 every Saturday, and 1pm for the Thursday game (season opener).

Does that answer all your questions?
