It's early but maybe trade some some man style football food? Here's a really nutso one I once did that scared the women away except for Shirley.

Fried Beer-Batter Buffalo Wings

Use sharp scissors to help remove the skin from fresh chicken wings (5lbs or more)
Ingredients:
3 cups maize which is actually just corn meal flour
2 long neck bottles of George Killians Irish Red beer
2 teaspoons ground red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce
1/4 cup butter

Mix the maize, beer, ground pepper, salt, and cayenne sauce to make a batter.
Drop in skinless chicken wings and coat with the batter.
Fry the wings over medium heat to avoid excessive smoking.

Use cayenne pepper sauce instead of regular hot pepper sauce, because that would make these really spicy!

Im always a fan of the simple beer boiled brats with garlic and onions, then thrown on the grill for a few minutes to give it that smokey flavor...

Anyone else cook ribs on the grill and then slow cook them in a crock pot? Man they fall off the bone!

i cook them on the grill for 4-5 hours wrapped in aluminum foil..then take them off for the last 20 mintes on the grill with BBQ sauce

I boil brats in Guinness for about 15 minutes, then grill them. First time you've ever wanted a sausage to burst in your mouth, guaranteed.

Real men leave the skin on :), but thanks for the recipe. I'll give it a try.
