Who cares what the asshat has to say. He's just trying to get in our players heads and continue the psychological streak this series has been. Think about it, Spurrier talked all kinds of crap for years and it messed with our psyche and as soon as he left UF players have continued the sh*t talk. It's all about focus and we allow stupid comments from stupid Florida players/coaches to cloud our minds. As soon as we treat this as just another SEC game, the sooner this psychological bs ends against this team. They're just another team and we can beat them on any given Saturday. Just go play and give maximum effort.

And Fulmer has out coached him as well, but this game is a different animal. What other game year in and year out has everybody as nervous as this one? None. We know how good Alabama is, but you don't hear Saban and his players talking the same crap as Florida. You don't hear it from Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, etc. either. Focus is the main ingredient we're lacking in this series because we allow things that don't matter to take control of our minds. The mental aspect of football goes south for UT when it's Florida week. If we can stop that from happening, this will be an even better series.

his comments weren't that bad or smack talk, the coach clowning us for bulletin board material is the bigger **** talker IMO.....
"'It will make for a good read; it will give you guys something to write about,'' McElwain said. ''I'm not into censorship, OK? At the same time, I'm not into giving guys bulletin-board material, but you can take that statement however you choose to take it. I'm sure they'll put it up and blast it all over the world. Way to go. There's a pretty good chance we'll show up in Knoxville.''

Before the UGA vs. UFA game each year, Florida does the same thing. They try to get UGA riled up.... Florida does it to us and to UGA.
The UFA vs. UT & the UFA vs UGA will likely determine the S.E.C. East each season.

Well yeah, but why doesn't UGA do the same thing to us. They're a top 3 east team and they don't blab like UF. Spurrier started this whole ordeal.

He likes the number 11 because that's how many years he'd spend getting through college if he wasn't an athlete.
