WiFi to be addressed next year. Tickets will need to be put in Wallet before arrival and just be thankful messaging and phone calls work. Has been bad for years even thru sparsely attended games.

I think it’s just the nature of stadiums. If you’ve ever been to a titans game, you’ll know that the signal is great anywhere outside the building, but you have absolutely nothing inside. I also remember a few years ago that the Steelers coach’s headsets were picking up the radio broadcast in New England, and Tomlin said it was a regular thing there. These old steel structures were unintentionally designed to wreak havoc on WiFi.

Verizon is totally worthless in Neyland. Calls work but zero data, and texts are extremely slow to send and receive. Why cant they put up a temporary tower outside the stadium during games?

What is this wallet everyone speaks of? I’ve got my tickets in the Ticketmaster app? Is that not a wallet?

I hate Verizon, but I posted videos to Facebook without issue last night.

It’s not, but I always use the Ticketmaster app. I’ve never had an issue, including last night. My tickets won’t transfer to my wallet for reasons that are over my head.

Verizon didn’t work at all either. I went to the TN vs Ole Miss game years ago when they last played in Mississippi and they had stadium WiFi…neyland upgrades were nice but why can’t we have this?

Learned about downloaded tickets last year with VZ. Thought we weren't gonna get in the GA game because of it. We even walked to the far end of G10. After about 30 minutes, we finally got them downloaded. Provider doesn't matter apparently. Reception for all suck rotten grapes.

Wallet is an app thru google that works without wifi. If ticketmaster works that's fine. For some reason neither my Vols nor Titans tickets show up my ticketmaster app but they do in wallet.

Switched to AT&T recently from T-Mobile, had all bars, and perfect service in A Section. Had No Service previously with T-Mobile. Glad I switched, but perfect service in Neyland is a great bonus.

Heinz Field has in an stadium Wifi that if you connect to during Steelers games you get live stats, replays, etc. through the official Steelers app. That's what is needed

Last week, T-Mobile did announce a partnership with Elon Musk's Starlink where current phones will begin to be able to connect to the Starlink satellite network giving you data and voice service just about anywhere in the US. That should improve service in cities also but won't be online until next season most likely
