I hope the weather is good... I keep checking. One day it shows mid 90's heat index in 100's and the next rain

Yah, I decided not to count today or tomorrow. It's T minus 7 days for me!

p.s. It's really only 2 days for me, because in my world the Vols are playing Bama two days from now (I'm replaying the 2022 miracle game and treating it as a full gameday lol).

Nah, I have done a good job the past several years of tempering expectations, but this year it’s been tough. Just feels different to me. (Not that it means literally anything)

Math is too much work when adding up all the TD’s and field goals the Vols are going to put in the board this year.

Coach Heupel is going to find out what’s it’s like to meet the expectations of a bunch of TN fanatics this season. We might have to add that 3rd deck on to the stadium to name it after him.

Or he might owe us all a shoulder to cry on.. I haven’t felt this hopeful since:

That’s very true. He is vastly approaching that time where it’s time to show some major results. I’m not there yet, he still needs some time to completely rebuild the dumpster fire that was UT football. But if the recruiting keeps trending upwards, fans will want results soon.
