Suspending Reality

Today and tommorow, everything that is wrong with the program I have loved since childhood is being deemed by me to be temporarily irrelevent.

It's the Bama game dadgummit, and I'm going to enjoy it.

This game is the embodiment of everything that is great about Volunteer football, and nothing... not a coaching crisis... not a poor record... not a single one of the myriad miseries my Vols are beset with, is going to stop me from enjoying this game for what it is...It IS Tennessee football. It's almost like every tradition we Vols hold dear was created because of games like this.

God I love it.

After The Pride plays the Tennessee Waltz Saturday night, all grudges are officially back on. Until then, I'm just going to bask in the Big Orange glow.

Go Vols!

Agree 100%......TN vs Alabama = still the game for me

GO VOLS !!!

Since 1986, I've been to all but 1 home game against Alabama. The last time I witnessed the Vols lose to Alabama in person was 1994. The Vols have won the last 5 home games that I attended vs Alabama. Hopefully, my streak will continue...

I'd like your odds better if we had much greater talent, relatively speaking, and we were facing Dubose, Franchione or Shula.

Go Vols.
