Dooley has always talked about the tradition of Tennessee, saying when he thinks of the Vols from his days as a youth, he remembers the classic 'Power T', orange in the uniform and Rocky Top. It's similar to the way Dooley said he identifies other traditional powers like Penn State and Alabama, who have resisted the urge during the college football fashion wars, off-the-field battles seemingly equaled only by the sport's fierce recruiting battles. Still, Dooley did, we are told, indicate to his team that it would have a special surprise this week.
