That TD play was horrible by the refs. They blew the whistle as Burrow ran towards the sideline. Burrow didn’t even come close to stepping out of bounds, yet the idiot ref blew the whistle, causing the Raider defense to stop moving, allowing the Bengals to get the TD. Just more reinforcement…that the whistle doesn’t matter.
