My wife used to get cubed steak, fry it for a while and then put it in a baking dish with cream of mushroom soup on it like you said and let it bake for a while. Was heavenly delicious.

I’m doing cubed pork and gravy tomorrow. I let the pork soak in buttermilk, overnight. Brown and make gravy and let the pork simmer in the gravy.
 
Then how do you get to work everyday?

I am guessing one of these.
