I agree with this. It’s summer. Players will be in and out. It makes sense for those of us that are obsessed with this team to notice who isn’t included in pics. AND it’s none of our business. They’ll be back, and we’ll be fine. Just hope everyone is safe and healthyTalaysia Cooper was in the first workout video posted on the team page this past weekend.
Nya Robertson wasn’t but was in the team building gathering yesterday posted on the team page.
Alyssa Latham was in the first workout video posted on the team page this past weekend and yesterdays’ workout video by a coach.
I think fans shouldn’t use one video or photo to question a players’ absence. These are people who have lives outside of the sport which means the coaches and team should know more than the outsiders relating to everyone whereabouts.
Agreed very impressive group of athletes but we all knew that going in...most def one of those teams when they get off the bus you take notice for sure....its 2 players im really excited to see cuz i been a fan since they came out of highschool and thats BARKER AND WOLFENBERGER i think if ever a system in place they could flourish this is it.Tennessee WBB right now is just on another level. Never seen this in one year for a new head coach beating the end of the season #1 team & eventual Nat’l champion, advancing to the Sweet 16, recruiting the #1 transfer and #1/#2 high school classes in a year.
No coach/coaching staff that includes LSU, Kentucky, South Carolina, UCLA, USC, Louisville, Texas, or UConn has had a coach in their first year at the helm of the program reach this many milestones.
2024-2025 revitalized the most historic WCBB program of all-time.
I’ll also add that while a few posters tally daily attendance, let’s discuss the mere instant difference in team height. Prawl and Hurst look closer to 6’3 than 6’2 in the team photo. Barker and Spearman have always looked 6’4 on the court against ALL opponents so when you see the freshmen standing close in height to them that’s a great sign. Wolfenbarger giving off those Tamari Key vibes with her height and length. That’s a compliment and an asset to building a complete roster heading into year 2. Also, while this team and system doesn’t have conventional posts these are not small female athletes. They have solid athletic frames.
We are not undersized in any way. One of the most physical imposing teams in the SEC on paper right now. Hope they bring it to the court.
GBO solid.
It’s the old NB4 perspective! Glean whatever scraps they can generate here then scurry off to other web platforms to share their opinion.Talaysia Cooper was in the first workout video posted on the team page this past weekend.

It's a short clip but:
- Ruby looks really good
- Mia Pauldo looks electric
- Coop, Ruby and Zee seem to be setting the tone in summer workouts so far
- This team is athletic af
I have all the confidence in the world that Mia Pauldo is going to be one of the top three point guards in the SEC even as a freshman. She not only has the physical skills, but has the mental game down. She know how to distribute the ball set up players for shots. So glad to have her and Mya they are immediate help for this team next season. In addition to those key points, I like what I’ve seen from Alyssa Latham, Jersey Wolfenbarger, Kaniya Boyd, and Lauren Hurst in these practice videos. The depth on this roster is on an elite level.
The Pauldo twins have beaten several of the top NCAA prospects that have entered college in the last two to three years.
These players starting at schools such as NC State, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, etc.
If those players can come into college and play year 1 that’s exactly why from day 1 I said the Pauldo twins would be ready and from these early highlights it’s clear that our freshmen class is elite.

Just wondering how did u gather this assessment in a 32 second video. Not too much has been posted. I'm just curiousIn addition to those key points, I like what I’ve seen from Alyssa Latham, Jersey Wolfenbarger, Kaniya Boyd, and Lauren Hurst in these practice videos. My biggest fear when Coach Kim was hired was her ability to recruit at this level. Call me fearless these days and let's let these ladies eat!! GBO!!!Tennessee WBB right now is just on another level.
