A lot of draft-able guys left because the scouts vacated to get ready for the draft. The remaining players as well as the new wave of players are trying to get their reps in. More innings, more at bats. They’re getting ready for Fall.

Zach Joyce & Bryce Jenkins combine for back to back scoreless innings for Cotuit at the Cape. Joyce hitting 97 mph. So far both boys have a 0.00 era in a few games now.

Not sure what Tony & Frank missed on these 2 in ‘23, I guess they just needed a chance to pitch. Hopefully they’ll be back in Orange in ‘24

Maybe it’s the fact that we had the best pen in college baseball. Not sure who you wanted them to pitch ahead of.

JJ had his first loss last night. Based on his season, I think he’ll be named to the All Star Game tomorrow.

Look at Joyce’s lack of playing time pre-injury. Nada innings. Post injury, like 2 innings including post season.

However, Impacted most relievers with only a couple exceptions. We have good starters that typically go deep. Not much left after that.
