Sumlin.

Why does this fans seem love all the things that kill it? Kiffin, Gruden, Gundy (I fell in that trap admittedly). Sumlin has a much better resume than Kiffin.

Kiffin. Better upside, wants to prove himself on the big stage again. Familiar with UT. Better pure football coach.

That being said, Sumlin is miles ahead of the other guys who have been mentioned and may be a more stable option.

Would be ok with either, especially if they can fill out their staff with VFLs

I wouldn’t hate a Sumlin here, but wouldn’t be excited about it either. He just got fired for underachieving and being quite underwhelming at another SEC school.

As Kiffn now has mouthed off about not wanting the job now, I'm reminded that he can be an arse. If I have the chance at a proven guy like Sumlin, I will take him every time. Just hope we don't get saddled with 3rd and Chavis. Then again, He's still a helluva step up over Shoop.

I like Sumlin as a more realistic option. I’d like to see a poll on either Sumlin or Miles. I’d be more torn on that one.

If he promises very nicely that he would stay I would go for Kiffin. I wouldn’t be upset if we took Sumlin.

Kiffin is the obvious answer at this point, but the powers that be wont allow it

This poll demonstrates that at this moment there are 86 people that have nearly no sense at all. LK was worst hire in sec in 50 years in 2008 and he would be worst hire in sixty years in SEC today.
