Wow, those look great FO CO. I bought the wood and hardware for my second set of boards today and I am about to start them here soon.

That is the same design I had planned on using for my second set, and I am just curious, when throwing on them, is it a little too much for the eye or is it good?

On a side note, I need to post my pic!

I haven't played with them yet, because i haven't made the bags. But I have played on some others that are painted up with a lot of designs, and it hasn't bothered me in the least. So I wouldn't think so.

Good luck with your second set! And I'm anxious to see your first!

I think I am going to go with orange front and side supports and white legs, while you did white supports and orange legs.

I have thought about making some boards and I was just wondering how big did you guys make the holes? I've heard different measurements but your all's look good so I wanted to ask you.

No problem...

Other dimensions just if you're curious:
The board: 2' X 4'
Top of board with legs up should be 12 inches high.
Center of hole should be 12 inches in, and 9 inches down from the top.

Damn you guys are fancy. We just play beer football. Take a small football, put two empty beer cans on the ground as far apart as the football is long. Do the same thing with 2 cans about 15 feet away and you have your field. 2 players on each end and you have to throw the football to the other end, if you knock a can over you get a point. Simple and fun.

All of this reminds me of a Frisbee game I played once that I have no clue what the name is.
The layout is 2 stakes about 10 feet apart with plastic drinking cups over the top.
The object is to throw the frisbee at the stake to try and knock the cup off.
Two teams, one on each end, try to score points by knocking the cup off the other team's stake by having the cup reach the ground successfully. The non throwing team tries to catch the cup and/or frisbee to score points as well. I don't exactly remember the scoring system either. The cup will usually shoot up in the air if the stake is hit sqaurely.
Anyone else ever hear of this game?

I've made portable washer sets before. It's not too difficult. A surface, astroturf and some type of bumper rails around the perimeter and you're good to go.

It took me about 2 weeks because you could only do 2 layers at a time with the tape, then you would have to let them dry, do a second coat, remove the tape, place the tape back on for the other rows... it was a mess, but I'm glad I did them.

I will have a picture of my second UT set on here by this weekend.
