no student season tickets this year, you have to buy each game a week before the game. The western ky tickets will go on sale the week before.

Where are you getting your information? Because This is definitely not what I was told at orientation.

Fall semester starts on the 19th, people can begin moving in to dorms on the 15th. I imagine they will be on sale shortly after that.

I'm guessing they will be available for purchase shortly after classes start. Last year, you could buy tickets for either $15/game or order season tickets for $90.

They said look for updates first or second week of classes. Also said there will be a mass email sent out via tmail explaining the process.

The process for purchasing student tickets is changing for the Fall 2009 season. Information will be posted as it becomes available

That's so stupid to keep changing it. If it goes game by game then how will you be able to get seats for friends. People can't take 8 credit cards to the ticket office. Also if the tickets are more then $8 then they would of raised the prices again which is BS. Its sad that hamilton is screwing the students. The sport is their for the students. (Well supposed to be). Its crazy thati have to pay for football but nothing else.

I can't speak to how we will be able to buy tickets and whether or not a season ticket option will be available because I don't know. What I do know is that it will be going to a priority points system where students who have the most points will have priority on seats. The less hyped games (WKU, Ohio, etc..) will be worth more points than the more sought after tickets for games like Georgia. I'm sure SGA is still working out the final details of the system.

Also, the reason it keeps changing is that whenever the Athletic Dept. decided to start charging students for tickets, SGA and the Assoc. Dean of Students knew it would be a trial and error process. So this change is an attempt at a better system after a lot of students were unhappy with the way tickets were distributed last season, myself included.

I didn't have a problem with last year's system, but it seems I'm in the minority.

You can't beat those prices compared the the season ticket prices we have paid the past few years.

Is there any way that you can purchase a ticket for a friend who doesnt go to UT so they can sit with you in the student section at the game or do you have to go buy 2 tickets outside the student section?
