And all that great bleeding orange three star talent that everyone keeps talking about, you ever think they bleed orange maybe because we were the best team to offer them.
I can tell you are a young punk kid, DD said that quote after Brown missed most of the summer and went AWOL. Speak the whole truth not just part of it. Bryce Brown went AWOL not DD. Bryce Brown left UT, UT didn't leave Brown.
You should. you're supposedly a grown man but continue to show your ignorance. I would be ashamed to know that I got past the third grade without knowing how to spell PRIMA DONNA. You also have spell check on your tool bar. Learn how to use it. :birgits_giggle:you understood it didnt you, who cares how it is spelled

ok, i am going to say it. I blame dd for bb. It was his responsibility to keep talent in knoxville. While i can understand that he didnt feel the need to recruit a player currently on the team, he should have. It is his job to get and keep talent there. You can say whatever, but when you have a talented player that wants a little coddling, you coddle, get him in spring practice, and then coach him. He should have handled that sooner. Also, i do not doubt that bb just got tired of waiting for dd, you think saban or meyer would let a 5 star talent sit for three days without at least trying to talk to them. Once bb expressed his concern after the coaching change he became a 5 star recruit with tn ties that our coach refused to try and recruit,
strike one dd, i will root for him and back the team, but this is his failure.
All reports are that Brown is a good student and busts his tail in practice. He only came to UT because of Kiffin. When the staff that lured him here bolted for the left coast he was left high and dry. The new coach should have talked things out with him instead of trying to be a tough guy and making brash statements about how he wasn't going to recruit kids who were already here.
It's about putting the best team on the field. If Bryce were a thug, it would be a different story, but if Dooley thinks he can recruit and win by treating every kid the same way, he has a lot to learn. Coaches have to know who to scream at and who to coddle. This isn't 1950. It's a different world, not necessarily a better world, but the genie is out of the bottle, and there is no use complaining about it. The sooner Dooley climbs down off his high horse and realizes it the better.
In many ways Dooley is far more arrogant than Kiffin. If you know anyone who has worked with or for both of them, just ask. He acts like he knows everything. Micromanages everyone around him. Won't listen to anything anyone says, even though they may have been in their position for twenty or more years and are just drawing on their personal experience. Long story short, I think Dooley will be gone in three years if he doesn't work on his haughty off-putting personality.
Player after player talks about how Saban is a different guy once you get to know him, that the cursing, ranting and raving perfectionist on the sideline is not who he really is off the field. To hear his players talk, Saban is something of a players' coach. Dooley seems to have only emulated one side of his mentor. He brings the discipline but not the genuine concern for his athletes or his employees... from the guy who washes helmets to a five star tailback who just needed a pep talk.

This is the third set of parents who have accused Dooley of dishonesty. The writing is on the wall. You can choose to keep drinking the orange Kool-Aid or face up to the fact that we have a major ethics problem with our coach. We've hired a morally bankrupt attorney with no concern for the welfare of anyone but himself. Denying the transfer of a kid like Lamaison who has done nothing offensive to the program, who is only looking for a place to play his senior year, is just egotistical posturing. According to Chris Lowe, the Browns have been attempting to get a release since before spring practice, and each time they have been big timed by Dooley. Dooley is the one who recently sent an inappropriate text message, refusing to meet in person, saying no need to even come back out here. Dooley is a total piece of crap excuse for a human being. Compared to Doolittle, Kiffin ate humble pie and sang in the choir every Sunday. Mark my word, Deuchely will bury our football program.
I don't even know what to say about this post. It's so absurd and obviously written by a troll. You sound like a teenage girl talking about the boy she likes after he rejected her. Or maybe you're a former client of Dooley's who didn't win their case?
