Honestly, I've really good luck lately just going to to YouTube, searching on the game, and finding the one with the most viewers.
Usually someone with an ESPN account streaming it off their PC, so you get an occasional mouse pointer float across the screen and you have to live with whatever local commercials which can be different too.

For the past two years I've been able to stream every UT and Titan game using sportsurge(dot)net. It has just about every game on air, with multiple live streams of each game. It works with phone, t.v, xbox, etc.
