Nerd just made me think you probably did live through segregation. What did you think of "Whites Only" places and things. I saw a picture in a history book once of a water fountain that was "Whites Only". So hard to even imagine.

My grandfather told me looong time ago that girls who plucked their eyebrows were thought of as “easy”. Did you ever say silly things like this to your kids or grandchildren?
