I knew this would happen, and deep down, so did all of you. I'm so sick of getting excited about something and getting let down. We're still in it, but I really wanna turn this off already

We're never out of a game with Bray...

Even after being here for seven years, I was surprised by how much optimism people here had going into this game.

Not that it matters, but I tried all week to temper people's enthusiasm to realistic levels , but most everybody was dog drunk or something by Wednesday. Now everyone is gonna come on here saying how they knew this was gonna happen. Can we be a more childish and fickle fan base??

why don't you just let people enjoy the game how they want? Congrats on being right I guess

Maybe they keep it under a 20-point lead going into the half, Hunter comes back in the 3rdQ and things get interesting late in the game?

I like many was more excited this time than the past couple years but I knew we were out manned in the end. My thought was it's college football and you never know until the game is played. What is happening should be happening. Just hope we can put a few points on the board.

Gosh guys! First off, it's only the second quarter! Second, even if we lose, we're still 2-1 and the future looks great! Heck, the rest of the season looks pretty good (barring Hunter's injury being too bad). No need to start with the "Woe is UT" and "We suck, and you all know it" garbage. Just be a fan. Enjoy! And of course, Go Vols!!

If Hunter didn't sustain a possible serious knee injury then I think it wouldn't be so "gloom and doom".

Yes we do. Right now the offense is mental over Hunter and the following setbacks. If they settle down we still have the ability to score and score quickly.

This is still a very young team. Calm down. Lost one of our best receivers. Had alot go wrong.

It's not about being right or trying to ruin anybody's fun , but I guess I just didn't wanna see mass heart break . Hell with it, I won't bother trying to conversate anymore. It's like trying to talk about world events with 10 yr olds.

6-6 is suddenly seeming like longshot. I hate feeling this beat down so early in the season. I guess Dooley can keep rebuilding the roster for a couple of years and then we'll see what he can do.
