I had a deal with the security team that are in front of me, if we beat Bama, they will help me over the wall. Gators this year will just be a "win" against a team we might be favored to beat, so the crowd singing Rocky Top while they are still dressing would be much better than storming the field. Nick getting lost in a sea of Orange.....that'd be glorious

I take this back. Newbie mistake. I can't believe we are this bad against Florida. 1-16 since '05 (same as with Bama), 5-24 since '93, 7-29 since '76. My goodness, Florida IS our Bama. STORM THE FIELD FOR EITHER!! Celebrate doing something that has only been done once in the last almost 2 decades! I now understand more of the Florida hate.

I get it, but also understand that is not the case for the students/younger generation that have the “want to” to storm the field. 7-25 against UF since 1990. 11-20 vs bama from 1990. Fact is, a lot of fans have not been there. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Neither...Although I am guilty for doing just that in 1982...I was young and wild and mildly intoxicated....But I remember how insane it was down on the field and it got downright dangerous at one point...I just think its dangerous and it shouldn't be done anymore...I mean afterall We are Tennessee.

After Tennessee beat the Gators our championship season run that kick went wide for them, we win the game, it was crazy. I didn’t storm the field but for those that did, I’m not gonna tell them what to do. Pretty awesome atmosphere I can tell you that. If this year a pivotal game that leads us to National Championship playoffs I don’t know to be honest. You still got a ways to go before bringing it all home.

Yeah me & friend were talking about the potential danger if we did beat Bama & storm the field. It would be so Tennessee to have headline UT fans trample and seriously injury many. I mean you throw ONE mustard bottle and you get a headline the field was littered with mustard bottles. Only Tennessee 😃

The problem is that neither team has stopped us from reaching our goal like Florida did in the 90’s. We finally got that monkey off of our back and it was game on. Florida isn’t ranked, they could be 3-0 by the time we play them, but It’s more likely they are 2-1 or even 1-2 by the time we play them. We should never rush the field after beating an unranked team, they ain’t worthy of the $250k fine. This isn’t Urban or SOS Gator teams. Just win and move on. Bama.. All bets are off.

Bama or ga or both if we beat both. Especially ga if half the stadium is vols and if we beat them in their stadium then storming the field is an added extra rub in your face imo

Sorry - I have done it and no. we havent been there in an entire generation - if they beat Bama, storm the field! (dont take the goal posts though like I did ;))

I don’t like when fans “storm the field”. That area is for the people that have earned the right to be there.

Exactly the ones who say act like we've been there I get it, but beating top ranked team guaranteed those in attendance will storm the field
