To clarify, I prefer not to storm the field in this pregame q and a. But it certainly won't ruin my night if people do after a victory. I can't say I'll care at all. It would be a great problem to have.

If our Vols win and you see an old white-bearded dude, 6'1 and 210 lbs wearing obligatory white UT cap, shirt and pants, and said maniac is running interference for the crowd in pursuit, then that's this same ol' Vol who did it in '98 when UT's soon-to-be national champs did likewise. Was that crowd base too "classy" to charge out and rip 'em down? I truly respect the posters who feel it's not a very good idea. Normally on such issues I'd side with you. I was at the 2013 UT/UGA game, the one UGA won in overtime, but UT was ahead right at the end of the 4th quarter after a good comeback UGA 17 UT 3 at half-time. Towards the end of the 4th quarter, as everyone had the rush the field vibe as UT was winning, they put a line of police around the field. I'm not sure if rushing the field would be possible now with the effort to stop it now there is up-to $250,000 dollar fine, some people might get trampled for that to happen.

Absolutely don't storm the field for a win over Florida. We are suppose to win. That will just play into the gators trash talk even more. They are no bodies.
