What message are you sending or what point are you proving by storming the field after winning a game your team is favored in?

Bama beat UT at home in 2005 for the 1st time since 1991 (game was in B'ham). They didn't storm the field. Why give either program the satisfaction of letting them think their programs are better than UT's?

I love it. Saw it in '98..but i was in the band. But i would have done it as a student.

No one who has done it before has the right to tell someone who wasn't there not to do it. We weren't favored in '98...so the question is: do we storm the field EVEN if we are favored, BUT we haven't won in several, several years? IDK!
