We are loosing it! We are eating our own. And the media loves it. We are screaming for the head of our AD whom I agree has screwed the pooch on his first ever coaching search. But our fanbase is now a joke. A sad joke! And yes we wish for the relevence of days gone by. They no longer believe we are a big deal. Accept it! Wear it! Wear it proudly! We know we are a BIG DEAL! I know its frustrating. BUT NAME A SCHOOL THAT HAS NOT WON ANY CHAMPIONSHIP FOR A DECADE AND PACKS A 100,000 in a stadium every saturday! Screw them! They will never understand and I dont care! GO VOLS!

There isn’t going to be any more 100,000 in a stadium next year dude. I promise you that. We’ve been loyal and patient and we’re done being screwed over. And we’re about to be again. A lot of us are at a breaking point until we have a competent AD again.

No the fan base is great, they care about football!
The joke is the AD and higher ups , and maybe you if you think the fan base is the joke!

Sometimes you just have to burn stuff down in order to rebuild. You can only patch something up for so long.

Yeah we don’t really care what the media thinks anyways.

And we as people who FUND the university one way or another have a right to express our opinion on how crappy the Athletic Department is doing.

If you are okay for this being the new norm in Neyland, then all means shut up and take it. I was at the mizzou and vandy games. I felt the hopelessness and apathy in Neyland. If you've ever been to a game in Neyland, you understand why this is so important. We have imposed the death penalty on ourselves if this happens and our administration doesn't care.

I donate thousands to this university yearly and that isn’t counting what I pay for my season tickets that I’ve had for 6 years. I’m absolutely sick of wasting my hard earned money on mediocrity and the AD of the university I’ve loved dearly my entire 24 years on this earth being alright with being mediocre as long as people are going to games. If they hire this mediocre pathetic coach I’ll be protesting Saturday at Neyland and I’m burning everything I own that’s orange I’m DONE

People like you are why the program is in the state it is. The revolt happening right now is what is gonna save this program. Your type of thinking is what will continue to make it a joke.

The new breed of AD and Uni Presidents don't care about sports they way they used to. With so many more ways to brand, communicate, etc ... the need for sports is not as important as it was say, 30 years ago. This is what they are being taught and what the trend is.

Sad. But I think UT football as we knew it ... is over.

You are wrong. Bad fans like you do more to hurt UT than the poster you are trying to degrade.
