The idea that the Vols are a "young" team may not necessarily mean that they are smaller, lighter, weaker, or less talented than their opponents. I think one big problem is that none of the players have stepped up and assumed the kind of leadership roles that are vital to build a dynasty. I remember players like Witten, Carter, Henderson, Kent, Manning, Martin, Shuler, Berry, Holloway, Henry, White and Wilson being the clear leaders. They were heroes, even, that formed the heart and soul of the team. Who is doing that with this team? Or any of the CBJ teams?
