Stop going to games

I listened to kessling today for the first time in a long time..... he paints a s****y picture or basically no picture at all. Half the time he doesn't give the down and distance or the yard line and then you have "what a turn of events"...... and i think he's not very good at all

He's terrible CP, I listened to him yesterday, can't get down and distance right and is so excited when the other team has a big play or scores, pathetic.

If Tennesseee fans wants change STOP going to games, stop buying merchandise, stop with the "we will be better next year" b.s. the media loves to make fun of. It's the only way to get the attention of the university and maybe just maybe they will hire a big name vs a div II coach. End of the day all that matters is money, if you keep spending nothing changes.

Flame away

Im sure the players would appreciate it...blue font

Support the team or go cheer for another. If I am a big time coach or player I want to have supportive passionate fans to play for not a bunch of fans that have never put any effort into winning but complaining. This kind of season hurts the players and even coaches much more than we will ever know. I want as much as anyone reading this for UT to be a contender again. Change is coming.Just spending big money doesn't guarantee anything. We have to find the right man and he has to be willing to come here. Support our team, they deserve it.

I am not going to anymore games with Butch on the sidelines, I am not watching anymore games with Butch on the sidelines, I am not even going to think about a high school calibur coach named Butch on the sidelines. Do not waste your time supporting a program who does not care about hiring a REAL coach. I will not watch another game until we fire Butch.

The bigger question is,

Are you capable of posting without mentioning Butch?

Cause it would be nice if you could.

What is really bad about Bob is that he's is not noticeably better today than he was in 1999.

I had to listen to the Notre Dame game (long story but brand new wife's daughter had a band completion) in 1999 while driving through the mountains of Western NC. The signal was spotty so the broadcast was in and out but we left Boone NC and didn't know the damn score until we got to Johnson City. Between the poor signal and the fact that Bob though I could see the game I was furious at the lack of information we had.

Following a legend is always difficult so I tried to give him a chance but he is one of the few people I've known of who seems to get no better the longer he does his job. Most folks learn as they go but sadly he seems to have struggled with this.

This thread needs to be deleted.

There are too many supporters of UT athletics all over the country. Do you really think whining on this site is going to change anything? Grow up!

Besides, not showing up for games means you turned your back on the kids who put their heart in to play the game. Its not their fault they have sh*ty coaching guiding them.

That's like not showing up to your kid's little league game because they aren't winning, and somehow not going will supposedly get a new coach....

This type of attitude is the problem. Your not supporting "the kids" your supporting the entire organization and staff. You cannot divide one from the other ticket sales and concessions equals money in the AD department. You cannot separate the two

I attended UGA and Bama. Sigh. I have a ticket to Mizzou, and I’m going. Then, I’m done with attending CBJ football. My desire to attend UT hoops games has already been wrecked. Looks look UT will do the same to my football interest.

Sounds like you are about to run out of tickets. That's not the same as quitting. I suggest that you buy more tickets.

Plan A I will be at the Mizzu game. The rest I can't attend. Dress for the Arctic. It's a different kind of cold. You need a bear coat to stay toasty.

It was very cold two years ago.
Now living in Dallas, Mizzou is among the easiest trips.
I have given up on CBJ football. But, I already paid for this ticket, I enjoy football, and I’ll make a quality trip out of it like I did this past weekend.

If he is somehow back next year, I’m not going to plan 8-12 hour road trips, one way, before the season even starts. That’s too much of an investment for an administration that apparently doesn’t care.
