The gameplan worked for half the game. Not most. Especially on defense. Giving up 200+ yards in the 3rd quarter is not "working".
Dooley isn't playing QB, Dooley isn't playing RB, Dooley isn't playing Defense and making tackles, and Dooley doesn't have the magical power to go into people's minds and change them so they don't quit. Players loses games not the head friggin coach. ESPN knows what they are talking about when they said that we will finish 8-4 with a loss to UF. ESPN also said that we will make a Championship run in 2013. Be patient, give him time. This loss sucks balls I know. Give the man one more year it will be the end of his contract then we can talk about firing a coach.

The only thing is, the leadership of the team. Lathers is a leader, Bray SHOULD BE. He acted like one when the game was close, but the whole team crumbled when their QB quit working too. He was showing relapses of the Kentucky game. He didn't want to be out there, his throws were lazy, he still had 9 minutes to score 2 times. When we scored on previous drives in 3 plays for 60+ yards. It wouldn't have been impossible, if he would have led a scoring drive, it would have got the defense back on their toes and could have stopped Florida. It didn't happen like this and we got down 14 and Bray quit.
Coaches dont prepare the QB
Coached don't prepare the RB
Coaches don't prepare the defense
Coaches don't prepare players to tackle
Coaches don't prepare players to block
Coaches don't have the ability to create an eviroment where players quiting is not an option.
Did I sum up your argument? Really.
If an Army loses a war, is it not the General who is at fault? Is he not the one who teaches them to fight, is he not the one who motivates them, is he not the one who determines the battle strategy?
So all of those great players just happened to show up at Alabama? I'm sure Nick had nothing to do with it and his wins are all a product of talent alone.

If their Lt's in the field quit, then yes, in essence it is his fault but he can't fight every battle. The point is the General has leaders in the field. We don't. The main guy that is supposed to be a leader, is a quitter.
So Saban deserves no credit for winning since players win?

That's about right....the millionaire in charge shouldn't be blamed for piss poor performance. I honestly don't see how some of you naive sheep are so stupid. It's amazing, it really is.
