Very true, very true.

I am happy for you guys that the long Volnation nightmare is almost over and things are looking in a new direction. Just beware irrational exuberance when you can't be sure of what you are getting just yet.

Its an all the ripples in the pond kind of a thing.

Of course, hard to imagien you had anywhere to go but up, right? I'd say optimism in these circumstances is warranted.
