Tonight sucked.

A 3 loss season is something to be disappointed about... again... after 10 years.

I'm going to have fun not watching a cakewalk the next 4 weeks. Every game will probably be close.

I'll be wearing my Power T hat to work tomorrow.

GO VOLS! beat the Golden Eagles, Wildcats, Tigers & Commodores!

I will always be a Vol fan. Regardless of what happens. I dont expect more than 2-2 over the next 4 games. I sure hope its 4-0 though.

I have no words, but CBJ loyalty is going to get him fired, and that goes for not putting in Dormady tonight, Dobbs' confidence in his abilities is gone. Butch is one of those guys that refuses to make personnel changes unless your a CB getting burned. I like Butch, its not personal, well it kind of is, but it is professional.........what a waste of God given talent on a bunch of trash like USCjr.........I thought Butch got it, but he doesn't.......MHO...he is never going to be elite, just good/ok........tonight proved that. As far as I am concerned, the season is over..........I've seen too many of these seasons to waste a Saturday on...........I will record and watch later.

Is it great to be a Tennessee Vol?

Before the season, 2 losses would have been acceptable. 3, not so much. 4th year coach with a senior QB and possibly the best DE to play at UT...and an extra week to prepare...and getting healthy....no excuses. This coach failed. He has failed all year. 3 losses in a row (one to the bottom dweller of the SEC east) is not acceptable for UT. The talent of team 120 should have a record of 7-1.

Weakness and mediocrity. that is what we can expect from this MAC caliber coach and the BSIA.

We need to mix our offense up against Tech. Let Guarantano and Dormady play second half and see how they perform with their individual skill sets. Also changes have to be made in our offense. I like two TE formation since Wolf can catch the ball and Croom moving from WR to TE needs to have more passes his way. Move Jennings and Malone around along with Byrd and Smith. Change some plays up and see if Dobbs has the ability to throw the deep ball against a bad team. Air the ball out against Tech and let Dobbs try to get in rhythm. He has won us several games but is struggling throwing and making decisions right now. He's talented and intelligent enough to finish the season strong but it has to start with formations and play calling on offense so DeBoard and Butch have a lot to figure out in the next two weeks.

It IS great to be a Tennessee VOL!!! As passionate fans it is also great to expect the best from those who are paid handsomely to lead our team. That is what is happening now and it is not unfair to question those fans. GBO with or without Butch. If he can't get it done let's move on. He has had 4 years to build his case. Weak sauce IMO.

Always a Vol fan but I learned years ago that these coaches are nothing more than hired mercenaries.

Our current one seems to be in over his head playing big boy football.

The Vols I saw tonight played their hearts out. Barnett was after the QB every play, Berry ran a kickoff back, Kelly ground out every yard.

UT isn't dominant this year.

But they're not a bad team.

Solid first post.

I am in favor for playing backups for the majority of the game against Tech. Let QD and Jones play. Let all guys who arent RS play. Against a team like TT, our backups should be able to dominate. Hoghly doubt that happens though. More than likely, we play like crap in the first half, spot a team like TT a lead going into halftime. That way, all of our starters have to play more than they should.

The 2-2 over next 4 games would absolutely cost Butch his job. He wins out and wins the bowl game and fires Debord he will be safe one year

Oh man, I like this idea. Anyone who did not give their "all" for Tennessee should not suit up against TT. That would include Dobbs. No helmet, no pads, no jersey. I would be content going into that game with Dormady and Sheriron Jones. Park the other QB on the bench or let him watch from the stands with the other students. What I saw from Dobbs tonight makes me wish to never see him suit up again for UT. We don't need that ****!

The Vols I saw tonight played their hearts out.

I disagree.

Yes. There were a few glimmers of hope tonight, but ultimately this team didn't play with much heart at all. They were uninspired. A halfhearted effort should've been more than enough to beat an absolutely awful USCjr team.

Blame the coaches all you want and they certainly deserve it, but this team has more than enough veteran leadership (injured or not) to beat a team like the freakin' fightin' Coach Booms.

What we saw tonight was absolutely embarrassing.

A few of them played hard but from what I saw out there there was no passion not much will no sense of urgency And that is not acceptable
