Right. His 3 points and 1 rebound clearly overshadowed Chism’s 8 points, 16 rebounds, and 5 Blocked shots

S Pearl is terrible but hey he is the coaches son and he does play hard. I don't think he is the reason we play so bad at times. Oh yea we did win

Stephen Pearl does a decent job of triying to be what Brian Williams should be: a defense and rebounding monster. He doesn't have the same tools as BW, but has more heart.

Steven plays as hard as he can but the last 2 games in the middle of the 2nd half, he came in and we had the lead by 5 against Vandy and 5 against Fla and lost it before he went out. He is a liability along with Hall at the foul line, fortunately we pulled out a win.

You must've missed him getting "posterized." He's a liability on the court, for sure, and teams work to get him mismatched whenever he's on the court. Unfortunately, we don't have much depth to replace him with, right now.

He made some big defensive plays yesterday for us. Without those steals we lose the game. he may not be an offensive threat, but his D and effort is what we need from him. I wish JP and Hopson played with that much energy.

By that logic, the 6'11" guy from Kansas is a defensive liability because Hopson posterized him.

Hope he plays hard. If Williams is coming back then Steamin' Stephen's PT is over and he will be back to playing the last minute in the blowouts against Arkansas Pine-Bluff.

If you are good friends with one of the assistant coaches, you obviously know more about basketball than any one. I bet that great friend asst. coach also bashes one of his players too. Get real, man!
