Why would you start a thread like this about a college kid...Why would you start a thread like this when recruiting is so important...He hasn't gotten drunk and made a fool of himself and he hasn't robbed anybody...I am proud to have him on my team...You are the one we should start a hate thread about....

He was made valuable by 4 other player's getting in trouble and suspended. I think he's done pretty good in the role he HAD to fill.

The kid would not play at a Div. II school but somehow finds a way to play for us. He is not athletic, has no shot, cant make free throws, is undersized, and I can go on. Its embarressing to watch him play. His dad should be ashamed for having him on the team. I've seen this everywhere I go the coach gives his son playing time over players 10 times better. I dont understand it my son would have to be way better before I would put him over others. Coach Pearl has lost alot of respect from me since he has decided to hurt the team by playing his unathletic boy.

Who would you suggest he play at the 4? We have no one else on the team now to fill this role. There is no reason for Pearl to be ashamed for his son being on the team. He works hard in practice and is helpful as a "body" when we need to substitute and have no one else. No one who works and contributes their time trying to help this team deserves this type of comments. You are the one who should be ashamed.

If you have absolutely no knowledge of Pearl and this basketball team, you really should keep your thoughts to yourself. He is not and has never been on scholarship. He gives his time and effort for this team without the benefit of a scholarship. That alone deserves more than your foolish posts about his ability.

Perhaps we should deduct his fees from his father's pay and still make him pay for school. Fact is, he doesn't have to play basketball, doesn't have to work every day in practice for this team, doesn't have to try to play against players much bigger, stronger, and more talented than he is, but he wants to try to help this team. Leave the kid alone. He does the best he can and helps us when we need to be able to put somebody on the floor at the 4 position.

I guarantee I one hell of alot more about basketball than you do and Im very good friends with one of the assistant coaches. That kid is a joke on that team but they play him cause hes daddy's boy what a bunch of ****. Hell they were playing him some two years ago when we were rotating 12 players deep but Pearl still put his little boy in.

That reverse layup was the worst thing that could've happened. He came out in the second half thinking he was MJ and turned the ball over and over and over and over again. Please Bruce please quit playing mini bruce

That reverse layup had us up by four with a ton of momentum going into the lockerroom. Even the student section was going nuts.

Stephen Pearl shot a higher percentage than Wayne Chism and Renaldo Woolridge went 0-4, but nobody wants to talk about that either.
