Forbes leaving would suck, he's one of our best recruiters. If I recall correctly, he was the main recruiter for Scotty Hopson, Cameron Tatum, and Renaldo Woolridge (might have shared him with Tony Jones).

2. There really aren't any of the good mid major jobs open now.

If, like Tennessee, your team has had inconsistent halfcourt defense, I can't imagine a better realistic solution than bringing in one of the Suttons.
