Going to see them tonight, will be seventh time I've caught them. Tremendous musicianship is their hallmark.

My brother in law studied sound engineering in grad school, and they did a huge project on breaking down a Steeley Dan album. Apparently they were masters of the studio. As crisp as can be.

Yup, they are well known for being so exacting, and their touring band is made up of top flight players as they continue to demand perfection.

Great show last night. If you get a chance to catch them I highly recommend it. They are in their mid 60's now, so they aren't going to be doing this forever.
