Stats: out of 130 FBS teams, Tennessee is...

Boy I bet KC would be a much better QB behind that sift of an offensive line we have....... Said no one with a brain or any kind of critical thinking skills. The JG haters crack me up, no he isn't Elite by any metric at this point in his career but he's a RS So playing his first year in a totally different offense with possibly the worst O-Line in school history blocking for him. KC is a RS Senior who couldn't even win the job at his previous school, or here either so why is he anointed by a select few as the savior of this season? I've got news for whoever thinks he could.... he can't, now on the other hand if anyone knows some quality O-Linemen we could put in the jerseys of our current lineman and line up, then we might have a chance to really improve the offense

You made some good points. I hope he does improve(a lot) and become an elite QB. I would love to see him be the top dog in the league but right now he is nowhere close. Kyle Schumer at Vandy is better. Fitz at MSU is better. Ta’amu at Miss is better. Franks at Florida is better. Wilson at Kentucky is better. Drew Lock at Missouri is better, heck man Brady White at Memphis is even better. But hey, toughness wins games. Right? Every QB in college football has the potential to be great but some never find it. JG has a long ways to go to reach his potential. He has to be a better conductor on the field and his vision has got to improve tremendously. But I wish him the best. With the big guys coming in for the Oline next year, we will see if things change.
I can certainly agree with that! He got off to a rough start but remember that he was considered a very raw prospect with a high ceiling, I don't think he's reached it yet, hope not anyway! Franks got benched Saturday I believe.

I saw that too. I can’t remember who that QB was that came in for Franks. I never have liked Franks. He is very inconsistent.

Stats don't lie. I hate that this is where we stand, but it is what it is. The good news is that we have plenty of room to improve, and we have managed to show some grit even in tough losses. I think that the mentality that our team is developing is an intangible that isn't counted in anyone's stats except for our fans. I know that wanting to win doesn't translate to W's, but I trully feel that if our team continues to play tough and stay hingry that the stats will show. I won't say that next year is our year, but we will climb in the stats and be an 8 win team next year.
