starting to hate 17

What is it with this number? 17 is officially scratched off my lottery tickets. I'm thinking it's some law of attraction thing. All of us see it and think about what has happened in the past.

I imagine it's a lot like that dweebie character in Dazed and Confused that has a plan to hit the guy as hard as he can in the mouth before everyone comes in and breaks up the fight, as he expects to happen. Our trumpet-playing head coach is that guy. He thinks he can build a 14- or 17-point lead and coast on in to the press conference. He's had this mentality in four games, three of which we lost. The sheep butchball massagers accept the excuse of youth but they'll need to believe a new one over the next few years. After all, it takes seven years to build a program for botch jones.

I think we should avoid 17 points at all cost. If we have 14 do not kick a fg. If we have 10 do not score a td, fg or bust. Do not score 17.

17-7 at half vs UF
17-17 at half vs Arky
17-24 at half vs UGA

Strange... and what's more, every game has come down to the very end.

Funny, I thought the game turned on Dobbs' fumble deep in our own territory at 14-0. And then again when Kamara did the same in the second half.

Butch's fault IMO.

So...are we not a young team? You may be missing something here, like facts. We had 3 seniors starting on defense, SC had 7. Our O-Line is starting 2 true freshman, our running back is a soph, most of our receivers are sophs, our kick off returner is a soph, our punt returner is a jr, our QB is a jr without a full year of starting under his belt. Look at the starting line-up and compare it to EVERY team we have played and you might realize how dumb you sound. Those dang facts.... sux to suck! but, cheers!

I don't want to let's any facts affect your narrative but both Florida and bama have an average starter age that is younger than ours. Do you here either of their coaches make excuses? Great leaders don't blame other people and don't make excuses. Butch is terrible. I just hope he can keep the recruiting going until everyone else realizes how clueless he is and he gets fired. Maybe we'll have more talent on board for the next guy

You ignore facts as well. Florida starts 10 out of 11 as Jrs and Srs on D. It's no coincidence that's the strength of their team and they rely on them for wins. I hate these UF comparisons. It's not relevant.

I know most don't won't to hear it but the curse is youth the curse will go away very soon this team is learning how to win, this is the first one we jump and had control then lost at the end we made a play this time on defense to save the day instead of just standing around waiting for something bad to happen, plus in the second half is wearing down because of the number's, if you would have told me when we were down 24-3 to the dawgs that we would be 5 and 4 i would have thought you had hit your head to hard on the wall after the loss.

LOOK AT THERE OL AND DL then tell me the average age of those 2 unit's and we all know that's where you win in this League., go look that up.We are better than bama's skill but they top 5 unit's on the OL and maybe the best defense in the country, this might be nick's best Defense he has every had after all is said and done.
