who do you think will be the starters in our bowl game? (we will make a bowl game so please don't disagree.) hopefully our young guys would've stepped up by then.
i'm thinking:

qb- ainge- proven
hb- foster- he steps up and starts running like he did in 05
wr- vinson- SPEED, big deep threat
wr- o'neal- experienced
wr- hancock or jones - 2 different types of players, but both have playmaking ability

heard he was too thin, so he might red shirt this year so he can be physically ready to play in the SEC

Hope our fullback this year can hold onto the football better than Corey Anderson did in the '05 game against Bama that I said I wouldn't watch again but did anyway.. :puke5:

you won't be seeing a fullback much at all this season. there will probably be 2 te's, or david holbert will serve as some sort of an H back

Anyone on the football team would have fumbled the ball in that situation. That was just a good hit right in the bottom of the breadbasket. Everyone forgets that if the offense had not had back-to-back penalties after Riggs got us inside the 5 on his season-ending run there never would have been any need to run that play. In no way is that entire game Cory Anderson's fault. Additionally, if someone had decided to cover DJ Hall at any point in the game, we would have won. There's plenty of blame to go around for that loss.

If we're running a 2 TE set I would think a FB would be integral.

Not really. If we really need a guy back there, one of the TE's will motion back. That's sort of the H-Back role that is sometimes interchanged with the TE title. Even so, we ran the ball a lot with only one guy in the backfield last season. A lot of teams do that, especially in the NFL.
