Pearl usually shuffles the lineup a few times throughout the season in order to get the best 5 players on the floor... so i was just thinking... how will the starting lineup look by next March, heres what i think it will look like...

PG - Bobby Maze
SG - Scotty Hopson
SF - JP Prince
PF - Tyler Smith
C - Wayne Chism

OMG and then look at our bench for next season...

Cameron Tatum
Brian Williams
Daniel West
Josh Tabb
Renaldo Woolridge

You'd think Daniel West would've won the point by the tournament if he's as good a true PG as advertised, wouldn't you?...

I don't know about that one, it just depends if Ramar gets his act together.. if he doesn't and is not productive then i would expect Pearl to make the necessary changes

Jurick isn't going to be like most of you think. He will be a bust in many eyes here.

Tyler won't be here I think.

I hope people aren't expecting Jurick to come in and make an impact. At best, he'll be Brian Williams with better defense.

 His offense game won't come on nearly as fast as Brian's either.

Jurick won't be starting at any point next season

And it seems we really won't need him next season.

We should be plenty deep in the post positions, even if Tyler goes pro. Wayne, BW and Duke will be able to handle bigger loads next year.

Brian Williams will be a much better defender when he understands how to use the fouls he's given. Start with not reaching in on a 6'11" guy 30 feet from the basket.

Wayne shouldn't be getting as many silly early fouls as he got this year (he got better at it this year a lot... except the Louisville game... of course the first foul was a phantom foul) and Brian will too. But if we need a shot blocker having Jurick could be nice. That's the only reason I'd see us not redshirting him.

You still need more than 3 post players, especially with the way Chism and Crews love to pick up fouls early in each half.

Good pts - my post is predicated on all 3 of those guys (BW and Wayne esp) learning when and when not to play aggressive D. And I know he's not a savior, but Chilly has shown he can provide valuable minutes like he did in '06-07.

We're also going to be slightly oversized at the 2 and 3 positions with Tatum, Hopson, Tabb and Prince, so those guys should get their fair share of rebounds and be able to help out on post D more.

I don't think Woolridge redshirts.

Unless J.P. goes back to the wing Renaldo will be a great option to rest Tyler.

JP will backup the 3. He may start if he develops a jumpshot in the offseason. Renaldo could back up Tyler at the 4.

I believe Williams or Jurick could play play the 5, putting Chism at the 4 and Tyler at the 3, making JP or Tatum the reserve for Tyler and either of those same two or Tabb the reserve for Hopson, If Woolridge were to play then he would have to play over Prince or Tatum at the 3, or Chism and Duke at the 4 and i dont see that happening
