I was playing COD4 last night, and a guy was talking SW: FU up big time... not sure I believe him though.

I played the game for two nights and it is now under my pile of 360 games. I will be trading this one in on GOW 2 or COD5. I would definitly rent this game before you spend the cheese to buy it.

Finally got Gamefly and was able to rent this. It was worth the playthrough. Beat it in one day (i was bored) and started another to get some more achievements but got bored and I'll be trading it in for something else...most likely Brothers in arms.

I was interested in this game til I played the demo. Feels like crap to play with the cheesy combos. I didn't like how they went ALL OUT to model specific movements off of a human actor, but then you watch the exact same motion that they captured each time you perform an action... Just ruins the immersion.

Great game idea and great setting. Absolutely horrendous game play execution in my opinion. I liked the Jedi Knight games much better.

i kinda felt the same way. i wasn't really all that crazy about the combos either. too arcade-like for me, especially for a star wars game. i'll probably give this a try eventually. but i don't know when. there's alot of good titles coming out in the next month or two.

The combo system is also too vast to remember any except a few. I agree the game could've been much better but it's still worth a rent.

If Only NG2 didn't completely suck. :(
It was a good game... just didn't even come close to living up to Black. There were far too many bugs in the release, and the boss fights leave you unsatisfied. I still like the new weapons, and the combat system is generally unchanged.

well, i finally gave this game a rental this weekend and i ended up liking it. after playing it all the way through, i really dont think the demo does it justice. that being said, it's a definite rental and not a buy as it's super-short. i ended up beating it after only 7 or 8 hours. they did a good job with the storyline, though, especially if you're a star wars fan.

I disagree with the storyline part. I am used to rpg storylines but I still though it could've been better. I had no idea the character was supposed to be in love with the pilot until they kissed. I was like ok, I guess I like her all of the sudden wtf
