I just saw this. I guess I will not have the joy of reading this and seeing its many wonderful photos. Shame that the guy is charging a fortune for a copy by limiting the amount of actual books published. One would think that if it was such a great book that he would make as much or more money by dropping the costs and selling more copies. But I am not a business major, so who knows the logic? I am upset though, because I really did want to see it, but at $700 a pop, no way. At that price I would have to pick it up and read it everyday for the rest of my life, and I have yet to own a book that I could justify at that cost.
