although I think spurrier is getting a little frustrated at USC, I don't think he is ready to pack up and go to one of his biggest rivals. As of right now, USC looks like a better situation than UT. I know you guys hate to hear it, but UT has been on the downfall for a couple years now and it isn't getting any better.

Maybe. He did say in the Auburn game the team just needs to listen to coach Fulmer and they will be okay. He said coach Fulmer knows what he is doing.

Spurrier went to high school in Johnson City Tenn. Thats not to far from Knox. The feild is named after him there.

Speaking of Vol improvements (if such things exist this season), has anyone clocked the time it took from the snap to Crompton to a handoff to Foster to the time it took Foster to cross the line of scrimmage (assuming the quarter/half didn't end) and compared that time to a Stephens to Hardesty play? Sure, looks a lot faster to me.
