Spring Practice #9

Sounds like a pretty poor practice overall.

I'm excited for the Byron Young, Roman Harrison, Tyler Barron. Hopefully we can add a transfer to the group, but I think they have the potential to put a lot of grass stains on QB uniforms.

Don’t think I would read to much into what these guys write about the first 5 minutes of practice.

That and "Jimmy Calloway cut one route short and couldn't complete a catch in the back of the end zone. Joe Milton III had nice touch on one throw that landed out of Warren's reach. Freshman wideout Kaleb Webb had a drop that led to him doing push-ups as punishment. " has me a little concerned about WR after Tillman and QB past Hooker...

When’s Bru jumping in the boat?

Everyone is so excited about Nico coming in next season, but personally I’m more excited about Tayven Jackson. The kid has poise, is smart, and wants to learn the playbook from what we are hearing and seeing. I think it’ll be between Nico and Tayven for starter next season unless Milton sticks around, which I don’t think he will.

He may stick around to compete for the starter position, but he could easily be beaten out. Would still like to have him as a backup if that’s the case.

I am confused, how could it have been a nice touch if it landed outside of Warren's reach.
Warrens arm wasn't long enough...but I'm not an anatomist or a kinesiologist so I could be wrong.

Milton is a RS Senior i believe.

I think we use both Nico and Tayven, with Nico eventually taking the reins

Nah Milton has an additional year he will use next year and I think he wins the job on game 1 then the Nico tayven battle happens the next year if Joe can get out of his own head… either way I trust CJH to make the correct decision.
