I think Cam Seldon should be able to step up and protect the QB. He sure has the body to do it and from what I saw from his running style in the bowl game, he doesn't mind contact. I'm excited to see what he can do next year as RB2.Maybe Keurig (sp?) takes the step they thought he would this year and there's no weakspots on the starting 5. Keep in mind, they don't have the RB pass blocking they used to have either nor that 3 headed monster.
Love it. If he could only make me a cup of coffee, I would make him the starting Guard. I think Karic is the correct spelling.Maybe Keurig (sp?) takes the step they thought he would this year and there's no weakspots on the starting 5. Keep in mind, they don't have the RB pass blocking they used to have either nor that 3 headed monster.
So 2-deep might be:Lt: heard
LG: ?
C: Coop
RG: Spraggins
RT: Campbell
Got to feel pretty good about that.
Eh, we'll know a bit more about our OL by end of Spring practice. Then more still by end of August. I feel like we have more "Jimmys and Joes" to work with at these positions than we ever had before. So 2-deep might be:
LT: Heard-???
LG: Karic - Lampley
C: Mays - Lang?
RG: Spraggins - ???
RT: Campbell - Davis
Still some concerns there, especially inexperienced backup at C and LT but seems like we are making progress. Really a shame that we lost 3 from the 2022 class.
Definitely agree. We have gone from wondering how to fill the starting lineup in Heupel's first year to wondering how to round out the two deep. My biggest question is backup center.Eh, we'll know a bit more about our OL by end of Spring practice. Then more still by end of August. I feel like we have more "Jimmys and Joes" to work with at these positions than we ever had before.
Then, we got 3 games to get the younger ones some reps before we play any SEC team. Our coaches will build a pretty fair unit out of all this
