Makes sense now that Ambles is all over him trying to get him to switch.

I hope they know what they're talking about better than the folks on the Sports Animal in Knoxville. This morning, the chick was trying to explain why Markeith Ambles moved high schools. She said that it was because his last high school had a spread offense, and "no WRs want to be in a spread offense."
I'm pretty positive she has no idea what that means. I'm guessing she was thinking of a spread option.
I think Michael Crabtree was okay with his Spread offense.

I've always had a feeling that his commitment to WVU was emotionally based...sort of like a jab at us for not recruiting him harder...

From all accounts (at least all that I have seen) this kid loves UT...

He's very talented...I don't care if he is only 6'1"...

Come on home Barry...we need you...you want to be here...it all makes perfect sense

Depends on why the school was running a spread offense. Many high school teams do it out of necessity because their QB is better at running than he is at throwing, so it ends up being a run-heavy spread. Other guys can throw well but are just a better fit for a spread offense.

He's a good QB but will be recruited over next year. Bridgewater, Lemay ect. Barry may never start a game in a vol uniform.

Brunetti said that he could learn a pro style offense, maybe he wouldn't be such a bad fit. He must be very athletically gifted to be rated so higly yet not have the ideal size of a qb.
