Bring'em on!!!! Unfortunately some of our fans are to chicken $hit and cower at the thought of playing Michigan. They would rather sit back and complain.

This game would be good publicity for the Tennessee football program and if Tennessee wins would show the Nation that Tennessee football is back for 2016.

This is the game that I want the most. I remember the last time we played them I went hunting that morning and it was in the single digits. I got home a little later than I wanted and the a$$ whooping was already in progress.

Two large and passionate fan bases.
Would sellout and have high TV ratings.
Plus, you have the Butch native Michigander storyline.

I would rather not play Michigan this year. Give us one more year of improvement and we'll be ready for any team in a high pressure bowl. This year, I just want a good bowl with a team that's a little overhyped so that we can all but guarantee offseason momentum. A win over Michigan would put us into the top-12 for next year, but a win over a step down from Michigan would still put us around 17 to start next season. I'm fine with that, if we're much more likely to get the W.

I think it would be a great game and great exposure for the program. It wouldn't be the best for our prospects of winning though. We certainly could win, but Michigan would come in as the favorite. I would think we would have about a 40% chance. Then again, we all know what happened last time we played them in a bowl :)

Lee Corso and the ESPN hosts said Michigan would pound Tennessee.

LOL. Some of you guys are so pathetic. Who has Michigan beat that has you so scared? Northwestern? Or do you still think losing to Utah is a great accomplishment?

We've performed better than Michigan this year against better competition. We also have better talent across the board.

I think a matchup with them in a bowl game would be very favorable for us.
